Tourdion is a mixed choir based in Leuven, Belgium. It has around 50 singers and performs two concerts per year, a Spring concert with a variety of music and the traditional Christmas concert with bigger vocal works in combination with Christmas traditionals. Recent repertoire include the Christmas Oratorio of J.S. Bach, Eternal Lights by Howard Goodall, Aesop’s Fables by Bob Chilcott, The Moon and The Sun by Jan Van der Roost, A Ceremony of Carols of Benjamin Britten, The Reluctant Dragon by John Rutter and the St. Matthew Passion of J.S. Bach. In May 2017 the Carmina Burana will be performed in coproduction with the Leuven University Choir and the Vlaams-Brabants Symfonie Orkest.
